Born in Ibadan, Oyo State, to the family of Late Reverend and Pastor (Mrs.) Koye-Ladele, Mosimiloluwa grew up as the only daughter among sons. Her passion for service was awakened at an early age when she came face to face with the struggles of people in underserved communities. She could not look away. Rather than stand as a distant observer, she chose to act, volunteering with non-profit organizations where she threw herself into women empowerment projects, mentoring secondary school students, guiding them through career decisions, raising awareness on HIV/AIDS prevention, and most importantly, awakening them to their limitless potential. Each encounter deepened her conviction that true leadership is about service.
